about our packages

When is payment required for creating a website?

50% of the estimated fee must be provided prior to beginning work, with the remaining payment due upon completion.

What content should I provide?

Brochures, logos, company colors, marketing pieces. Pictures of business/products, a list and description of all products/services provided by your company, and contact information.

How is the website design service charge?

We will charge only one-time payment on website design services. And for recurring, you only need to pay for the domain and web hosting renewal costs.

When I can view my first draft website?

Website design will take from 7 to 14 working days (depending on the plan you subscribe) after customer provide the full details & images to copywriter for proofreading.

Upon delivery of the draft website, client must inform MI Web Designer of all the revisions/amendments needed within 7 working days. Only one revision request are allowed. Any additional revisions/amendments will be charged under maintenance hour. Failure to contact within 7 days means client is satisfied with the website, and we will publish the page directly.

After I confirm the website, can I request the amendment again?

Yes you can. But after website is confirmed and published, any request for amendments will be charged under maintenance hour.

If I refuse to pay for maintenance charges, can I update my website by myself?

Yes, we will provide the access on Content Management System to clients, which allow you to edit page content, add in new pages or perform other update activities. But, if any failure on updates, MI Web Designer will not take any responsibilities on it.

Can I edit certain design code myself?

Yes but kindly note that if client edited the content/code themselves, MI Web Designer reserves the right to refuse any troubleshooting or code/content update request.

Can I request for refund?

Strictly NO REFUND is allowed after confirmation and payment.

When will my website be published?

Your website will be published within 30 days after the website draft is ready. The 30-day period of revision is final, and we regret to inform that no extension will be allowed.
